Introducing our “New Homeowner Partner” Alyssa Simmons, and our newest Habitat for Humanity home! Alyssa works full time, and has two school aged children. She has also been working for several months at our Restore location and working on her new home, building up her required 500 hours of sweat equity as the down payment on her home. Volunteers from our community will donate in excess of 1,000 hours of construction labor to build this young family a new home. The home is located at 211 Elberton Street, Toccoa, Georgia. It will be the 28th home SCHFH has built in Toccoa and Stephens County. On behalf of this new partner homeowner family, and SCHFH family we want to thank our community for your donations and support over the past 35 years!!
